Q. What levels do you teach?
I teach complete beginners up to TOPIK Level 6. I also help with advanced skills, reading, speaking, pronunciation correction, and interview preparation for Korean companies.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal and major credit cards are accepted. UK residents may also use bank transfer.
Q. Do you offer refunds or rescheduling?
Digital downloads are non-refundable. For lessons, please request rescheduling at least 12 hours in advance.
Q. Are materials included with lessons?
All lesson materials are provided free of charge.
Q. Can I request a trial lesson?
Yes, you can purchase a one-time trial lesson via the store-class category.
